6 Week Spring Challenge with the Empowerment Coaches

Spring 2023 6 Week Empowerment Coaching Fitness Challenge Details We are excited to be kicking off a 6 week challenge with all of our Empowerment Coaches.  This 6 week challenge starts Sunday April 9 with before content due April 9-12 and runs for six weeks with after content due May 21-24.  To be eligible for this program you have to be an active PowHer.fit member with the Empowerment Coaching Membership.  This is something extra for our members who invest further in their journeys by joining with an Empowerment Coach and one of their Small Groups for extra support, encouragement, and accountability.  Plus, we see far more of our success stories come from our Empowerment Coaching Members vs those who do not choose a coach. 4 Week Challenge: March 2023

With the launch of our newest Half Hour PowHer Program on February 21 and the continued $50K challenge ongoing for 6 months, we've been getting interest and requests for a 4 week challenge. This challenge will require entries to be turned in March 1-6 and after content due April 1-6.  Winner will be named shortly after.  Members can follow any program they are currently on and will be asked to answer which program they will be following for the duration of this challenge. All the Info about our 2022 Zero Equipment Challenge!   With all the popularity of our new PowHer.fit “Zero Equipment” program, let’s connect a challenge to it! You know we love any reason to help our PHF community stay motivated. This will be a 6-week challenge with one winner earning $1000! 2022 Kait X PowHer $1,000 Fitness Challenge Details

We are excited to be kicking off our second fitness challenge of 2022! The Kait X PowHer Transformation Challenge officially starts on Sunday July 17 with beginning content due July 17, 18 or 19. This 6 week challenge will end on Monday, August 29th with after content due on August 29-31  and our Grand Prize winner will be announced on Friday, September 2nd.  The Grand prize winner will receive option of $1,000 cash prize money in recognition for their hard work! Strength 2.0 Launching January 3, 2022!

We are so excited to announce the official launch of our 12 week full body Strength 2.0 program that is included complimentary to all active PowHer.fit memberships! Strength 1.0 was our first ever program released when we first opened our business, and Strength 2.0 is an advancement and continuation of this foundational program.  Remember that Strength 1.0 comes with modified, standard and advanced movements to choose based on your training skill set and experience.  Strength 1.0 also comes with both a home version and a gym version.  With the advancement of Strength 2.0, this will be a gym only program with standard and advanced training movement options only.  This is not a program for modified skill set members, but actually created with our more advanced members who have been training long term with us.  At this point, the extra weights and resistance equipment offered at the gym, along with the positive competitive gym environment, is necessary for the level of muscle building this program is designed to create.  Of course, your nutritional goals and follow through will play a big part in the muscle building department, so be sure to go back through our nutrition overview to [...]
