6 Week Spring Challenge with the Empowerment Coaches

Spring 2023 6 Week Empowerment Coaching Fitness Challenge Details

We are excited to be kicking off a 6 week challenge with all of our Empowerment Coaches.  This 6 week challenge starts Sunday April 9 with before content due April 9-12 and runs for six weeks with after content due May 21-24.  To be eligible for this program you have to be an active PowHer.fit member with the Empowerment Coaching Membership.  This is something extra for our members who invest further in their journeys by joining with an Empowerment Coach and one of their Small Groups for extra support, encouragement, and accountability.  Plus, we see far more of our success stories come from our Empowerment Coaching Members vs those who do not choose a coach. How the Challenge Works?

In order to participate in this  6 week challenge, you must be an active PowHer.fit Member with an Empowerment Coach.  If you’re upgrading to get a coach to join this challenge, you can email us at [email protected] for any manual customer support or guidance you may need, but when choosing a coach we suggest choosing someone you either relate to, are in a similar season of life as or someone whose energy is a positive magnet for you!  Linking the bios of all our coaches again HERE.

Membership options with a coach come in monthly or yearly options.  The greater value is within the yearly membership as you get over 2 months free for the year.  Our members that have Empowerment Coaches are placed in small community groups led by our coaches for extra support, encouragement and accountability and this is where we find the majority of our success stories are created.  Memberships are recurring and can be cancelled at anytime, free of charge, so there’s no strings attached.

There will be a $20 entry ticket fee for this challenge and the winner will receive half the money brought in from the entry ticket.  The winner will also receive a new SheFit workout outfit of choice.  The other half of the entry ticket money will go towards hosting fees that PowHer.fit endures to host this challenge.  You can purchase your challenge entry ticket HERE.

Those competing in the 6 week challenge can be following any PowHer.fit program, either on our website or within our app.  PowHer.fit programs include home and gym options as well as beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.  There are even pregnancy and postpartum programs for women within those seasons of life.  Nutrition overview, custom calories, Macro splits, nutrition tracking, meal plan samples and recipe sharing is all provided for all PowHer.fit members.

What all Do I Need to Do to Get Entered?

To be entered for the challenge you must:

  2. Purchase an Entry Ticket for this Spring 6 Week Challenge – linked HERE
  3. Turn in your photos, videos and measurements at the submission below

When Will the Winner Be Announced?

Winner will be contacted by email and announced on social media based on their sharing requests by May 31.

What Will I need to Turn In?

  • “Before” Pictures: a picture of the front, side, and back of your body to show your current fitness progress/status.
  • “Before” Video: a 360-degree video where you will move in a slow, full circle while being recorded) so that we can verify that your body is not “edited” in any way.
  • “Before” Measurements: Weight and body fat percentages are required. Entrants will be required to submit their “before” body fat %, chest, waist, hips, left leg, right leg, left arm and right arm measurements.
  • Document “Before: Date: In order for your submission to count, there must be proof of the current date showing the photo was taken during the entry time frame.
  • You can keep your identity hidden by cropping out your face, covering your face or blurring your face in your before content.

The same content will be due at the end of the challenge.

Other Helpful Tips

  1. Body Fat Calculation: for body fat calculation, we suggest the in-body machine at your gym or nutrition store, a smart scale at home, or here a calculator for at-home calculation from

  2. What do I wear? Wear Anything that is comfortable for you! Try to wear something similar in both your before and after content so we can see the true progress. Remember if you wear a crop top and shorts we will be able to notice more of the body progress you’ve made rather than wearing an oversize baggy shirt. Ultimately a sports bra and bikini bottom will allow us to see the most body changes, but you are not required to wear anything you are uncomfortable in. Pictures will submit you to enter to win the challenge, but also will represent your individual journey and will be great to look back on.
