Zero Equipment Challenge!

 

With all the popularity of our new PowHer.fit “Zero Equipment” program, let’s connect a challenge to it! You know we love any reason to help our PHF community stay motivated. This will be a 6-week challenge with one winner earning $1000!

The rules:

1) be an active (paid) member during the entire duration of the challenge

2) must be active (paid) at the time of announcing our winner

3) must be actively completing only the “Zero Equipment” fitness program during the entire challenge (do not worry, we know behind the scenes who is and is not active in the program)

4) Must follow other PowHer.fit teachings as related to macro counting.

 

AFTER Entries must be submitted through THIS form between 12:01 AM CST October 23, 2022 through 11:59 PM CST October 25, 2022.

 

What do I submit?
A picture of the front, side, and back of your body to show your current fitness progress/status along with a video (see below for more details.)

What do I wear?
Anything that is comfortable for you! These pictures will submit you to enter to win the challenge, but also will represent your individual journey and will be great to look back on in 6 weeks!

What type of “before” and “after” media will I need to submit?

Before Content: Photos & Video only.  You need to take a “before” photo of the front, side and back view.  You will also need to take a video of a 360-degree view (so move in a slow, full circle while being recorded) so that we can verify that your body is not “edited” in any way.  In order for your submission to count, there must be a current newspaper taped on the wall behind you with the current date (or hold up your cell phone with current date in in your photo).  If you wish to keep your identity hidden in the photo, and video, please submit to us with your face blurred and/or personal items in the background hidden (please see entry form link above for further details).  You must turn in these items with your “before-content” entry form to be an eligible winner.

After Content: Pictures & Video only. The after form must be completed between 12:01 AM CST October 23, 2022 through 11:59 PM CST October 25, 2022. The winner will be announced via the PowHer.fit Instagram account on November 4, 2022. The after form will be sent via email to those who submitted their before form on or before October 25, 2022.

FAQ

1) “I am currently completing another PowHer.fit program. What do I do….” You will pause that program at the start of the “Zero Equipment” challenge. During the challenge, you will solely follow the “Zero Equipment” program. After the challenge, you can continue with the “Zero Equipment” program or restart/pick-up where you left off on the program you were in prior to the challenge.

2) “I am currently in the “Zero Equipment” program and almost finished with such. What do I do….” You do not have to restart the program at the start of the challenge, just continue on with the “Zero Equipment” program. If you do not have six weeks left of the “Zero Equipment” program at the start of the challenge, simply finish the “Zero Equipment” program then restart and continue with the program until the end of this challenge. Remember, almost all programs such as “Zero Equipment” can be repeated as we offer modified, standard, and advanced options for every movement. As such, challenge yourself to the next level when repeating this or any PHF program.
