We are now over half half through the  $50K challenge that’s an ongoing 6 month lifestyle change challenge from January – July, but we’ve been getting interest and requests for a 4 week challenge.

This challenge will require entries to be turned in May 1-4and after content due May 31-June 2.  Winner will be named shortly after.  Members can follow any program they are currently on and will be asked to answer which program they will be following for the duration of this challenge.

Entrants will have to purchase a $20 entry ticket to participate and the winner will receive:

  • Half the entry money made (Other half stays with PowHer.fit for hosting time, support and costs)
  •  A custom pair of Nike Met-Cons
  • and a New SheFit Athleisure Outfit of choice

We also plan to pair up everyone who joins the 4 week challenge to have an another accountability buddy who is also participating in the challenge, so look for us to reach out after you join with the name of your accountability buddy and how you can get in contact and stay in contact in a one-on-one way! I can’t wait to see how many of you see continued success through 2023 and continue to conquer your goals.  I will be doing this challenge alongside you all, finishing the new Half Hour PowHer program with 30 minute strength training programs! (To enter our challenge, you must be an active powher.fit member). You can be following ANY PowHer.fit program, but we are looking for at least a few entrants to follow the BRAND NEW Half Hour PowHer program that recently launched, featuring four 30 minute strength training workouts, 2 active recovery days and 1 true rest day each week.

Be sure your photos are time stamped so we can verify your before pics were taken May 1-4 and afters May 31-June 2  to keep a level and fair playing field for all!
