We are so excited to announce our biggest ever transformation challenge to date! We are going BIG, and one of you is going to WIN BIG!!! Starting in January 2020, we are kicking off a New Year – New You $5,000 Transformation Challenge! Read below for the full information:
To be eligible to win the $5,000, you must be an active PowHer.fit member on or before January 10 through at least July 10. This will be a 6 month transformation challenge to show that real sustainable results require a LIFESTYLE change! PowHer.fit memberships are either monthly recurring or yearly recurring and can be purchased HERE.
In addition to being an active PowHer.fit member, you must purchase a $5,000 Transformation Challenge Ticket. These tickets will be a one time fee of $50 from now until December 27. After December 27, the Ticket price will increase to $100. The absolute last day you can purchase a $5,000 Transformation Challenge Ticket will be January 10.

Once you are an active PowHer.fit member and have purchased your $5,000 Transformation Challenge Ticket, you will have access to the $5,000 Transformation Challenge Entry Forum. Within that forum there will be 3 different topics. Those will be:

Be sure you’re uploading your before and after content from a desktop rather than a mobile device to the forum!
Before Content: Photos & Video only. Your Before Content can be turned in anytime from January 1 – January 10. You will need to take a beginning photo of the front, side and back view anytime during January 1-10. You will also need to take a video of a 360 degree view (so move in a slow, full circle while being recorded) so that we can verify that your body is not “edited” in any way. In order for your submission to count, there must be a current newspaper taped on the wall behind you with the current date (or hold up your cell phone with current date in in your photo). Only other PowHer.fit $5,000 Transformation Challenge Entry Members will be able to see this content. No pictures or videos will be posted or shown publicly with identity, unless you ask us to. Even the winner’s identity will remain hidden and anonymous unless she chooses differently.
After Content: Pictures, Video & an Essay! You will need to take an after photo of the front, side, and back view anytime during July 1-10. For the essay, you need to turn in 500 words or less at the end of the challenge explaining how you feel the 6 month $5,000 PowHer.fit Transformation Challenge has help you reach your goals. This includes non scale victories, mental clarity, gaining emotional strength and confidence, etc.
Measurements, Weight & Body Fat Percentages are Encouraged to be Taken & Turned in, however they are not mandatory to compete and win the $5,000 Transformation Challenge!
Challenge Discussion Forum: This allows all entry members to communicate throughout the challenge and rely on each other for community support!
This will be a 6 month transformation challenge to show that real sustainable results require a LIFESTYLE change!

How will the Winner Be Chosen?
The winner will be chosen by Randa Carrabba, Founder of PowHer.fit with voting input from the new upcoming Empowerment Coaches. We are not focusing only on one thing such as the most weight lost, biggest drop in percentage body fat, or the most lean muscle mass gained. We will actually be looking for the best OVERALL winner. The winner will combine multiple benefits of the PowHer.fit Programs including (but not limited to): fat loss, lean muscle mass, inches lost, confidence gained, was well as becoming mentally and physically stronger. The before content (photos and video) as well as the after content (photos, video and essay) will all be evaluated. Recording your weight, measurements and percent body fat at the beginning and end of the month can also be turned in, but it is not a requirement.
Where Can I Do the Challenge?
Anywhere you want, really! The PowHer.fit app has both gym and home programs so there’s really no excuse as to why you can’t participate. The home program literally shows you how to use household items such as water bottles, milk jugs, and laundry bags to complete your workout. PowHer.fit also has standard, advanced and modified (easier) movements for all exercises within a given workout, so no need to feel that you are “too out of shape” or not experienced enough. Participants can choose from any of our current programs: Strength 1.0 (Home or Gym), Bikini Body Conditioning Program (Home and/or Gym Options), or PowHer 1.0 (also Home or Gym), PostPartum HealHer (Home or Gym for Recovering Moms who recently gave birth) or our PowHer Pair: Booty & Abs (both Home and Gym) for this challenge. All of these programs are linked on your welcome page once you login!
How Long Will the Challenge Run?
For 6 Months! Beginning content is due between January 1-10 and After content is due between July 1-10. The winner will be announced on Monday July 13 at 3pm CST.
1. What program should I be doing?
- For the most optimum results in 6 months we suggest Strength 1.0 first (12 weeks) followed by Bikini Body Conditioning (another 12 weeks). Ultimately, you can do any of the PowHer.Fit Programs! We currently have these programs: Strength 1.0 Home and Gym, Bikini Body Home and Gym, and PowHer 1.0 Home and Gym, PostPartum HealHer Home and Gym, and PowHer Pair: Booty & Abs Home and Gym. All of these programs are linked on your welcome page once you login!
2. Should I be working out differently?
- We encourage all challenge participants to limit skipping workouts for the best chances of winning. The more consistent you are, the better your results will be.
3. Do I need to change my diet?
- We do suggest updating your nutritional overview (linked here) to update based upon your personal goals every 4 weeks throughout the challenge. We do not want any members going to ANY unhealthy extremes, and do not encourage ANYONE to intake less than 1200 calories a day.
4. Will the $5,000 Transformation Challenge Cost any money to enter?
- Yes! You must purchase an entry ticket HERE. The entry ticket will be $50 between December 16 and 27. From December 27 to January 10, an entry ticket will be $100. You must also be a paying PowHer.Fit Member from at least January 10 to July 1 to be in the running for the 6 month $5,000 Transformation Giveaway Challenge. This is a 6 month challenge to showcase that the truest results are sustained with a LIFESTYLE CHANGE guided by PowHer.fit.
