⬇️ PowHer.fit “Zero Equipment” 6-week challenge: challenge details and entry form (step 1). ⬇️

With all the hype about the new PowHer.fit “Zero Equipment” program, let’s connect a challenge to it! You know we love any reason to help our PHF community stay motivated. This will be a 6-week challenge with one winner earning $1000!

The rules: 1) be an active (paid) member during the entire duration of the challenge 2) must be active (paid) at the time of announcing our winner 3) must be actively completing only the “Zero Equipment” fitness program during the entire challenge (do not worry, we know behind the scenes who is and is not active in the program) 3) must follow other PowHer.fit teachings as related to macro counting.

Entries must be submitted through this form between 12:01 AM CST August 7, 2021 through 11:59 PM CST August 9, 2021. You must also enroll in the email messaging system which will be listed following this application. The “After-content” entry form information will be emailed based on those who enroll in the email list (see below). That entry must be completed between 12:01 AM CST September 18, 2021 through 11:59 PM CST September 20, 2021. The winner will be announced via the PowHer.fit Instagram account on September 24, 2021. Common questions:

1) “I am currently completing another PowHer.fit program. What do I do….” You will pause that program at the start of the “Zero Equipment” challenge. During the challenge, you will solely follow the “Zero Equipment” program. After the challenge, you can continue with the “Zero Equipment” program or restart/pick-up where you left off on the program you were in prior to the challenge.

2) “I am currently in the “Zero Equipment” program and almost finished with such. What do I do….” You do not have to restart the program at the start of the challenge, just continue on with the “Zero Equipment” program. If you do not have six-weeks left of the “Zero Equipment” program at the start of the challenge, simply finish the “Zero Equipment” program then restart and continue with the program until the end of this challenge. Remember, almost all programs such as “Zero Equipment” can be repeated as we offer modified, standard, and advanced options for every movement. As such, challenge yourself to the next level when repeating this or any PHF program.
