How Does the $1,000 September 6 Week Challenge work?

The September  6 week challenge turn in starts on Sunday September 17 thru Wednesday September 20.

When Can I Join the Challenge?

💰Start dates to have your before pictures and videos turned in are Sunday September 17  – September 20

When does the Challenge End?

💰Final Submission dates are October 29th – November 1st.  Winner will be named after that.

What if I want to Keep my Identity Hidden?

💰No problem! We want all of our members to feel comfortable to compete in our challenges and you can hide your identity in 1 of 3 days. You can crop out your face, cover your face or blur your face. Whatever you turn in as your content is up to you to decide in terms of whether or not you show you identity.

 

What advice do you have to help me win?

💰Choose an empowerment coach!  For only an additional $10/month, you can choose a membership with one of our Empowerment Coaches.  These coaches not only check in on YOU, but you also get added to their small group for extra community support, encouragement and accountability, while also making fit friends along the way.  This is where 70%+ of our success stories are created!  You can meet all our coaches HERE!

With you being an active powher.fit member, a transformative online fitness platform designed for everyone from beginners to fitness enthusiasts with both home and gym training options! As a member, you gain access to a wealth of workouts (over 30 programs) and comprehensive nutrition guidance, along with the tools and support to track your progress, and you can even get an empowerment coach and be placed into her small community group for extra support, encouragement and accountability. Once you’ve joined, you’re ready to take part in the challenge!

To get started, you’ll receive a submission link to upload your “before” photos and initial measurements (also shared below). This sets a clear baseline from which you can see your growth and changes over the course of the challenge. You’ll then choose a Powher.fit program that aligns with your fitness goals. Each program offers a unique pathway towards better health and fitness, with varied workouts and nutritional guides to keep you engaged and on track.

After six weeks of diligent commitment to your chosen program, you’ll be asked to submit “after” photos and final measurements. This will highlight your journey and progress throughout the challenge. Randa will review all submissions and determine a winner based on the most significant transformation in terms of physical progress, increased strength, confidence, mental clarity and emotional stability (all are proven benefits from our full body strength training programs). The journey is rewarding, and the transformation is yours to keep, while standing a chance to earn recognition for your hard work!

You can follow any program that you’re currently on or wanting to start.  We do encourage the brand new Dumbbell Only Half Hour PowHer program, found only in the PowHer.fit app.
