Fitness has been apart of Erika’s life for over 20 years and is her true passion. From a college athlete, to personal training, and then entering the corporate world, she had to adapt to sitting at a desk all day.

Thanks to PowHer.Fit, she has accomplished a healthy balanced lifestyle and is ready to cheer members on in their journey. Her favorite food is pizza and she never uses the word “diet”, instead she calls it “Eating Pretty”!
