Creating a profile for the purpose of utilizing the free-trial membership, monthly or yearly membership , or other purchasing options online through PowHer.fit is subject to the following terms and conditions. Any person who creates an account on PowHer.fit is considered a customer and advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before finalizing their account or making account purchase(s) through PowHer.fit. By creating an account with PowHer.fit and/or purchasing memberships or other content through PowHer.fit, you agree to the following terms:

• All digital products resource material, videos and online content found on PowHer.fit are subject to copyright protection. Each digital product and all online content available to the member is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s (and/or their associated username/passwords) they purchased to any third party or person. Powher.fit LLC may encrypt, force password and/or stamp license details (including customer name, address etc) on its digital products to ensure additional safety.
• All transactions for purchase of intangible products, resource material, videos and online content are made through payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
• Membership cost is recurring billing that will auto-renew based on your membership selection (monthly or yearly). The payment method used on your first purchase will be the payment method used to auto-renew your account. You may update or change your payment method via your account at anytime. Example: If you purchase a monthly membership on the January 1st, we will auto-renew your account on the 1st of every month thereafter. If you purchase a yearly membership on January 1st, we will auto-renew your account on January 1st of each year thereafter.
• Influencer Code/Coupon must be applied to cart at check-out to be valid. Influencer Code/Coupon only applies to first payment unless otherwise stated. Influencer Code/Coupon has best value when used with “Yearly” membership options. Example: Customer selects monthly membership and applies Influencer Code/Coupon at check-out. Influencer Code/Coupon amount will be deducted from first month payment then each recurring payment will be billed at regular price.
• You may cancel your membership at anytime though all purchases made on www.PowHer.fit are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so. After canceling, you will loose access to Member Only Community Forum and Empowerment Coaching Small Group but are allowed access to the other programs through the remainder of your billing cycle. • By placing an order with PowHer.fit LLC, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at PowHer.fit for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
• When we run a sale, we do not go back and credit previous purchases made to price match.
